Is Medicinal Cannabis Coming To Ireland?

It's been reported this morning that a motion to support the legalisation of medicinal cannabis in Ireland will be supported by a large number of TDs in the Dail tomorrow. Fine Gael are opposing it while members of the Independent Alliance are to get a free vote on the issue It is understood members of Sinn Fein and Fianna Fail are also in support which could help see the bill go through to the next stage. The news is welcomed by the general public too as it was found that as many as 77% of the nation agree this is a good idea. Many patients too will be pleased as studies have shown the many benefits the medicinal cannabis has for treating a wide range of physical and more complicated issues.
